Code of Conduct

itrek 2025

itrek, inc. (“itrek”) has established Core Values and a Code of Conduct (this “Code of Conduct”) to help create safe, respectful, welcoming spaces for our diverse and growing community. The Code of Conduct guides our community in all we do and applies to all itrek Parties’ (defined below) activities. We share the Code of Conduct openly and encourage you to review it in full as you consider and/or continue your participation in the itrek Parties’ community.

This Code of Conduct is established in order to promote safety and respect in all activities sponsored by, or taken by, or on behalf of, itrek, other programs sponsored or promoted by itrek (including, without limitation, Graduate, REALITY and Launchpad), their respective affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents, members, and any other person acting with or on their behalf, each an “itrek Party” and collectively, the “itrek Parties”). By participating in any of the covered activities described below (each, an “Activity”), you are subject to this Code of Conduct, and you acknowledge and agree to comply with its terms and conditions.

CORE VALUES:

  • Passion Strengthens Purpose. We value commitment to our mission and encourage everyone to bring enthusiasm to any and all itrek Party Activities. Dedication and a positive approach increase impact.

  • Spirit of Collaboration. We value a team-first mentality and encourage a willingness to help others. Essential to our success are the collective abilities of the group and the contributions of individuals.

  • Leading with Kindness. We value compassion and encourage authentic personal connections. Investing in each other’s well-being promotes a supportive community rooted in trust.

  • Culture of Debate. We value diverse ideas and perspectives and encourage respectful dialogue. Engaging fearlessly and actively listening to one another are intrinsic to who we are.

  • Innovation Mindset. We value forward thinking and encourage curiosity. Courageous leaders approach new ideas with questioning and pursue unexpected opportunities for growth.
